Your tasks
Completion and on-time delivery of maintenance tasks on the SR Technics customer aircrafts in compliance with the contracted services and customer expectations;
Perform inspection, repair and modification work as well as component replacement based on current authorization and training level
To communicate at all times with customer liaison engineers, MCC and customer service reps to ensure that they are fully informed of any developments
Responsible for the standard of work carried out by yourself and those under your control
Compliance with regulatory rules and regulations
Ensuring the equipment, tools and premises in your charge are maintained to satisfactory standard and that discrepancies are reported to the appropriate departments, both within and external to the company
Delivering highest level of health & safety and quality standards in industry
Improve your work environment, compliance with continuous improvement standards
Perform 5S at your workplace (in office, equipment and store area)
Other duties as may be required from time to time
Work shift pattern of either 2 days, 2 nights or 4 nights, 4 off
Your profile
Experience working in an Aviation MRO environment
Experience in aircraft maintenance and repair with valid EASA Part 66 License B1 or B2
Hold type ratings for A319/20/21 CFM-56 & B737-600/700/800/900
High degree of customer focus, internal and external
Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, in all levels of the organization
Demonstrate working knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Flexible and able to work night shift and weekend
Good physical condition
Hold a full drivers license which will allow airside driving in UK

Job description:
• Planning and implementing quality assurance activities to ensure that development processes and standards are followed in the projects you are assigned to.
• Close cooperation with both the project manager and with your QA team leader.
• You will provide staff and management with objective insight into processes and associated work products.
• You will make a recommendation on project process and work product quality at every major project milestone.
• You will be the partner of the project managers and process owners for improving the processes applied.
• You will be involved in other process audit programs and improvement projects within R&D.
• You will report to your QA team leader.
Profile:
• You have an engineering degree preferably in electronics / mechanics or equivalent by experience.
• Engineering experience – 5 to 10 years – is a must.
• You have a good knowledge of automotive industry quality systems (e.g. ISO/TS, APQP, …) preferably also of CMMi. Extra assets can be:
• auditor experience
• qualification as a green or black belt six sigma
• experience as an FMEA moderator
• You have an analytical mindset; you are goal-oriented with a high degree of perseverance.
• You have strong people skills, thanks to your strong communication and language (English) skills you know how to obtain objective answers and to transform process deviations into improvement opportunities.
• You excel in teamwork and are strong in reporting knowledge and results.
